Our Friday night practice is a true heart-opening experience. As Hillary says, “This is Happy Hour!”. Now into our fifth week we are growing such an amazing atmosphere to really practice at your level while feeling supported by the Kula. We laugh, we move, we meditate, we cultivate…. we delight in the Yoga. I am so excited that this class has taken off, and not only are we creating a beautiful Yogi Home but also a place for musicians and their art-form. I think my favorite part is the meditation…..when the music stops, the silence is so powerful, so thick, you can feel it support and surround you….. But don’t take my word for it, come see for yourself….
